Essential Elements

Banchan

Traditional side dishes that celebrate balance and freshness. Not being appetizers, they are meant to be enjoyed throughout the meal along with other dishes, creating harmony, balance, and variety in every bite.

Ssam

The most traditional way to enjoy meat. Our ssam is a fresh lettuce wrap with meat, vegetables, chili, and garlic, meant to be eaten in a single bite.

Jang

Fermented sauces are the beating heart of our cuisine. Gochujang (chili paste), Doenjang (fermented soybean paste), and Ssamjang (chili and soybean paste) are carefully prepared for an intense flavor and perfect balance.

Spiciness level

Choose your spice level for our dishes. Let the chili peppers on our menu guide you: from sweet and mild notes to spicy and intense ones, every level is designed to satisfy every palate.

A balance of flavors...

Korean cuisine is not experienced as a succession of courses, but as a table of flavors to be shared and enjoyed together. For this reason, the various dishes arrive simultaneously and are designed to be shared in the center of the table.
A complete Korean banquet harmonizes rice, soup, meat, and a variety of side dishes, in a balance of textures, aromas, and flavors. Let yourself be guided by the conviviality of the table and alternate between the different elements: it is precisely in this interplay of combinations that the essence of Korean cuisine is revealed.
